NetDay takes your privacy seriously.
Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.
This policy covers how NetDay treats personal information that

you participate in Focus Chats. Personal information is information
about you that is personally identifiable like your name or your

- NetDay
collects personal information when you register as a member
of SVRC.
- When you register we ask for information including
your name, email address, gender, school name, and graduation
year.
Once you register as a member of SVRC and sign in to our website,
you are only known by your nickname to other SVRC members.
Focus Chat moderators and NetDay staff are the only ones who have access
to your profile information.
- NetDay automatically receives
and records information on our server logs from your browser,
including your IP address,
cookie information, and the page you request.
- NetDay uses information about
you to register you for participation in Focus Chats and
to validate your submission of a
Success Story. We also use information about you to respond to any requests
from you and to provide anonymous reporting for internal
and external purposes.
- NetDay saves an archive of the Focus Chats to
publish on our web site. Chat archives may also be used
for research
purposes.
- NetDay may set and access temporary, in memory
only, SVRC cookies on your computer in order to remember
your identity
during
sessions when you are signed in.
- You can edit your SVRC membership information at
any time.
- We reserve the right to send you emails relating
to NetDay SVRC activities such as registration confirmation,
password
reminders, and chat confirmations without offering you the opportunity
to opt-out of receiving them.
- If you would like to delete your SVRC
membership, contact
us and ask that
your membership
be deleted.
- We limit access to personal information about you
to NetDay staff including chat moderators.
- We have implemented
standard industry practices to protect personal information
about you.
NetDay does not rent, sell,

or companies except under
the following
circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal
process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or
defend against legal
claims;
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate,
prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical
safety of any person, or as otherwise required
by law.
If NetDay updates this
policy we will send an update to the primary email address
specified
